Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software for optimising sales & marketing activities, announced today that created numerous new roles and positions during the past few months, which include the appointment of Dr. Ali Shemshadi, Dr. Riky Tan, and Xiang Li as Machine Learning Scientists, and Iulian Coretchi as General Manager of Testing & Development. Jon Lee has also joined the company as Software Engineering Lead, and Murad Mekhtiev as Business Analyst.

Recent additions to the Complexica team include Iulian Coretchi as General Manager of Testing & Development, who brings more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including 10 in business management. Prior to joining Complexica, Iulian was the General Manager of the European operations of SolveIT Software, where he managed a team of more than 50 software developers and testers.
Dr. Ali Shemshadi, Dr. Riky Tan, and Xiang Li join Complexica as Machine Learning Scientists. Dr. Ali Shemshadi has published more than 20 scientific papers, and has worked on the practical applications of searching and analysing big data from emerging paradigms such as the Internet of Things. Dr. Riky Tan is a specialist in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, data mining, and information visualisation, and has led large-scale software projects for global companies such as BHP Billiton, Roy Hill, and Treasury Wine Estates. Xiang Li is a specialist in algorithmic design and development, and prior to joining Complexica was an Optimization Scientist for Schneider Electric where he was the primary designer of many optimization engines, including blending for grain growers through to crew rostering/forecasting within mining supply chains.
Jon Lee joins Complexica as Software Engineering Lead with more than a decade of experience delivering software projects across a variety of industries, including payments, manufacturing, and financial services; and Murad Mekhtiev joins the company as Business Analyst, having previously held analyst roles in the telecommunications sector where he conducted statistical modelling, customer segmentation, and market analysis.
